By completing your ticket purchase for the 10th Annual MMCD Gala Extravaganza, you agree to the following:

Tickets & Registration

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except if the event is canceled by the organizer

• Digital confirmation will be emailed upon successful payment—please check spam/junk folders.
  
  

Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to taxes or service fees.

• Payment is processed securely through authorized platforms; Organizer is not liable for third-party payment errors.

• Date: October 27, 2025

• Time: 5:30 PM (America/Toronto Time Zone)

• Venue: National Press Club, 529 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20045

• Organizer: Multicultural Media & Correspondents Association (MMCA)

Cancellations & Changes

• Organizer may cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event at its discretion.

• If canceled, ticket fees (minus processing costs) will be refunded.

• In the case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Admission & Conduct

• A valid ticket and photo ID are required for entry.

• Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

• Security checks and bag inspections may be conducted upon entry.

Media & Photography

• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

• Organizer and partners may use such media for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.

Intellectual Property

• All event materials (presentations, videos, logos) are protected by copyright.

• Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Liability & Disclaimer

• Attendance is at your own risk.

• Organizer is not responsible for loss, injury, or damages arising from attendance or participation.

• Organizer’s total liability will not exceed the ticket price paid.

Privacy

• Personal data collected is used for event administration and communications in accordance with MMCA’s privacy practices.

• You may receive event updates or partner communications and can opt out anytime.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.

Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Washington, D.C.
