Selection Methodology:
The 2025 honorees were chosen from a pool of 150 nominees through a rigorous review by an internal selection committee composed of leaders from HR, DEI, and business operations. Criteria include leadership excellence, inclusion, and equity advocacy, results-driven impact, and community engagement. Candidates completed a comprehensive application and demonstrated a sustained commitment to inclusive leadership, both professionally and personally.

As such, these leaders will be recognized live at the Honoree Reception at their 19th Annual Virtual National Leadership Development & Recognition Conference on September 18^th, 2025.
