I am the President and CEO of the Diversity Action Alliance (DAA). I transitioned to Public Relations and Strategic Communication after more than a decade in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering within the pharmaceutical and luxury beauty sectors, having worked for major blue-chip organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, and L’Oréal USA.
As an adjunct professor at NYU and Baruch College, I teach in their professional Master of Communications programs. Through my Strategic Communications and DEI consulting work, I advise Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and leaders in sports and entertainment.
I also serve on the Executive Board as Financial Secretary of Beta Alpha Omega, the graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, servicing Newark, Hillside, and Irvington, NJ.
