Malcolm-Jamal Warner, the actor, director, and producer best known for his role as Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, died Sunday after a drowning incident while on vacation in Costa Rica. He was 54. According to TMZ, local authorities in Guanacaste Province confirmed Warner was swimming at Playa Hermosa when he was caught in a rip current.
